The Carolina Quilter

Hi, Jeri. Hope you are well. Flu is going around in our area. Our little Joanna had flu and strep throat two weeks ago and was a sick little puppy. Jerry and I are staying busy in the store working six days a week but I am trying to remind myself daily how much I do enjoy what I do and how fortunate I am to be working in the industry I love most. I would love a day off every now and then but I am also doing some mini paintings you can check out on my mini's blog, Mini Leaps and Bounds if you have time. I also do mini's in my 'spare time' and am hoping to work toward a log home in mini.

I have tagged you for a meme. No worries if you don't have time for it, though.

Honestly? I don't like the border. I think there is enough movement and texture in the quilt already....and that green doesn't look right against the bright colors in the quilt.

I don't think I would border it at all. Just a bright pink (or other color) binding and it is good to go.

That's my 2 cents :o)

I had to backtrack in your blog. I'm glad I did, because I was going to make a stupid statement about not knowing there were moose on the loose in TX. Whew!
